On each of our items it will state whether the product is made to order or in stock. If the item is in stock we will, where possible, dispatch it on the next working day unless the product is to be personalised, in which case, we aim to dispatch it within three working days.

If the product is made to order it takes approximately two weeks to be dispatched depending on the item. If however you have a deadline please speak to us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
